Review from Admin Dept

They are making efforts to drive positive change within the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Some of the management is engaging and responds in a timely fashion. Some management needs to be more responsive to emails and requests. There are some members of management that really do not acknowledge the common workers.

Review from Operations Dept

Always supportive and always available

I always receive help and feedback from my team and management. I feel comfortable asking for help and always receive it.

My director has been nothing short of amazing, helpful, available, and everything else positive. Im so grateful for my director. I think the overall leadership team is pretty good, but I havent had many interactions with them.

They work extremely hard and they are so helpful!

They seem to work well together

This team consist of some super amazing well educated and caring people. NPH couldn't ask for a better team to lead their company. I have learned some much from each and every one of them, and look foward to learning more in the upcoming years.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to get better at everything (leadership)

Posted 6 days ago

Orientation, education, professional behaviors, holding leaders accountable.

Care more about employees safety

Communicate at least by email, set standards that all staff must follow, even them. Be transparent, approachable, and be a mentor to us. We all want to be better. There is a wide gap between how your are treating and how their friends are treated.

From the top on down there needs to be accountability and a person who actually cares.

They need to listen to the experience from staff. We know what's going and what we need. We don't have the proper tools to do our job.

Communication, interaction, honesty, respect, reliability
