Should take more advice from seasoned employees
They care about our patients and try to give us what we need to treat them
They don't just talk the talk. They walk the walk!
Review from Finance Dept
Easy to communicate with regarding any situation
Orientation, education, professional behaviors, holding leaders accountable.
Care more about employees safety
Communicate at least by email, set standards that all staff must follow, even them. Be transparent, approachable, and be a mentor to us. We all want to be better. There is a wide gap between how your are treating and how their friends are treated.
From the top on down there needs to be accountability and a person who actually cares.
They need to listen to the experience from staff. We know what's going and what we need. We don't have the proper tools to do our job.
High pay and lot of perks. Core benefits are okay but pay day advances and discounts are great

NPH pays above market for many positions, but their time off policy is good. We get 21 days off a year, and we can use them however we want. Retirement match and a lot of fringe perks, too.
The zayzoom and prepaid option
It is competitive and a step above others I have been offered.
Review from Finance Dept
We are paid at or above market and have some good auxiliary benefits
Tuition and the possibility of advancement.
Better pay, better bens, advancement.
Base your evals on what gets DONE and not what my education is versus other's education in leadership. Knowledge is taught (and forgotten), experience/wisdom is earned (lessons are learned, not forgotten).
Review from Admin Dept
Salary is not within market standards and additional tasks are added to my responsibilities w/o further compensation. No stock options or bonuses
Review from Operations Dept
I don't like using my PTO hours when the company is over staff.
They are always willing to help. some arent there for the right reasons but this patient population will expose that quickly

They are dedicated to patient care and love what they do. There are always going to be bad apples, but most of the people that work here are truly amazing and have a heart for our patients
They are dedicated to our patients and to each other
Small but mighty and fully engaged.
Review from Finance Dept
Great communication and we have a very open and understanding enviroment
Teamwork and more staff. Not safe
Work as a team. Support each other.
A meeting where there is discussion and follow through.
I wish they would stay out the office and stay on the floor interacting with the patients more.
Communication, understanding, collaboration with every aspect of the job
It's always great to see the positive outcomes of patients. There are some that can break your heart, but we are here to help patients get better
I enjoy that everything we do is focused on making life better for people
We have a number of good staff. That is the positive.
I can say that the only positive was working with the clients and advocating for their wellbeing.
The daily challenges can be pretty tough and your team is there to pick you up and remind you why we are here
Better staffing and address safety issues
Terminate people who disrespect patients, take excessive breaks and stay on phones.
more help, more communication, more training, how about the leadership meet us.
All staff and departments need positive praise
Review from Operations Dept
the company needs to get back to putting the patient first, the staff second, and the overall dollar last
It was quick and well defined. I never had to guess and I heard back every step of the way

It focuses on experience and moves efficiently and quickly. The recruiting team was thorough and positive
I had regular contact and guidance through the whole process. The interviews gave me the chance to speak with each of the colleagues I would have close contact with. I gained insight as to whether NPH was a good fit for me and the corporation.
Review from Finance Dept
It was quick and well-defined. The talent team was a tremendous help and helped me understand the position and the company. The onboarding was smooth and I started quickly
The interviewer was kind and helpful.
Be more honest and think safety
For the hiring staff to be present. For them to keep track of documents given
Be more open about the expectations of the position. Open more about the exact pay and benefits of the position.

Seeing the patients get better
The people I work with and the opportunity to learn and do what I do best each day.
Review from Finance Dept
Building Rapport with coworkers and clients alike
I love the connection I have to my co-workers and the support and interactions they provide
General vibes are bad and unsafe
They need to take training seriously and hire people with experience
