In 3 years, I've seen BRUTAL cuts in workforce & a huge redistribution of tasks. In that time, I've seen state agencies come down harder & harder on this company. While I don't have the global view the corporate elite do, I know we're always going to be tagged if the cuts don't reverse soon.

Company has a great purpose and a great mission, however leadership in the corporate office is severely lacking. Job duties, expectations, responsibilities and chain of command aren't clear.
