I love the company overall and their brand and mission. I think they have some work to do at the store level. Management and associates are not held accountable for their work or performance. This creates complacency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came into my role with a college degree and management experience. I later found out that a male colleague with no degree and no management experience was being paid more than me. (I'm a female).
