TeamMATES were exceptional at New Balance, it was easily the best part.
They all work so well together
They collaborate well together and really understand the value of teamwork. They have great attitudes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
New staff need to be trained properly when brought onboard. When there is a change in process/procedure, everyone it affects needs to be advised. People need to communicate with eachother.
