feeling of togetherness and work as a team
Doing the repairs and the guys I work with
My passengers are delightful people
meeting a lot of good people
When I meet good people's drive-in the bus what positive attitude and know-how to say good morning back to you
I love driving the bus
Having a decent paycheck, and knowing im covered fully under certain State rights.
I like my job, fabrication of parts, and repairing equipment
That i am able to make a difference in people's lives
That I get my work done in a timely manner and am able to be home at a great time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is going wrong, the entire managerial department needs overhauling, skilled, competent, and experienced managers with the ability to interact with employees need to be put in place.
Again as I said the company seems to be stuck in the mindset of business in the 80's and hasn't updated itself at all.
