Compensation is generally good. No complaints there.

A combination of salary, stock, flex time off and growth opportunity.

Stock is so good, flex time off, and excellent benefits.

Generous stock options that keep you locked in.

Received a solid base salary. The quarterly bonus was never fully realized since New Relic has yet to make their numbers since I was hired.

New Relic has the whole package: good base salary, ESPP, RSUs, 401k, and for director levels and above and incentive comp plan.

Layered equity keeps the gifts coming, paid fairly with opportunities for bonus

Flex PTO is great, ESPP adds an extra 5% to my salary, healthcare covers 95% of costs, but most importantly, you get treated like an human that has a life outside of work here. Grind if you want, but you can also make a lot of money while living a health worklife balance here.
