New Relic was the most isolating, lonely workplace I've ever experienced. They do not live their mission. It's only text on an "about us" web page.

Lots of change and unclear how to achieve our vision

Leadership ignored competition, from private companies and open source projects, and we're now trying to catch up. Product leaders were promoted from engineering ranks and are mainly focused on execution rather than strategy or the customer. The CEO dictates everything.
