Newrez LLC Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base pay and bonuses are good

All Good All Good All Good

Review from Finance Dept

The Paid time off given.

HSA, ease of use of the HR benefits system.

That is hard to say because like most companies nowadays, they find ways to demand more from you while providing subpar compensation packages even after previously claiming the company is doing well.

Bonus structure and total compensation

401k match, good medical and dental

Annual salary.and annual bonus plan..

The benefits and vacation time are more than what I have experienced at other companies in the industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Parental leave needs to be reevaluated to meet modern standards

The medical benefits are expensive.

Better management better better we

I know that I'm paid at about 80% of the market rate. I also feel completely overworked all the time. Bringing my compensation up to the industry average (or above) and hiring more people to distribute work would make the job seem reasonable.

everyone wants to make more money. I would like less expensive insurance

Compensation more in line with national average would be great.

Review from Finance Dept

Yes, everyone is treated badly

The pay is not fair for the work load. My supervisor sends texts on off weekend days (none paid) to verify if anyone will be working over time for the next working week and if you fail to answer it seems cold in the work week. I use a skill of a second language that I'm not paid for.

My work ethic knowledge and low maintenance of help needed I was looked down on because of my talents

More pay because the work load is overwhelming
