Due to terrible management, this is not a company interested in retaining talent, or the success of their employees.
Many competitors focus on the customer's experience. You don't compete at that level and you will continue to lose until you do.
Fyck this company horrible horrible
Lack of accountability, stop retaliating and threatening behavior.
I was told coming aboard the directors monitor all in order to remove jobs, like a chopping block.
Better management to much micro management
The workflow in closing is backwards and always trying to catch up but never being able too. Too many rush files on top of already huge work load
