It's fine, but there's very little professional development opportunity. Seems like HR tacks on "benefits" to be like larger companies, but they don't do the core things, like helping create a company that provides value outside of a paycheck
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much to like. They rarely interact with individual employees, and no useful information filters down.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of good will and genuine caring for others at the company. Everyone wants everyone to succeed (for the most part)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I'm paid at about 80% of the market rate. I also feel completely overworked all the time. Bringing my compensation up to the industry average (or above) and hiring more people to distribute work would make the job seem reasonable.
