Caliber was an amazing place to work. Once acquired by NewRez things went downhill very quickly. No direction, no concern for employees, majority of staff left due to antiquated requirement of returning to office for ALL positions, including those that function better remotely.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale is at an all time low. It may be too late to save but efforts need to be made immediately to try to retain the few people left. Employee retention appears to be of no concern to leadership.
