What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're truly inclusive and open, which makes me feel valued.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

A comperable job in any other industry pays 2-3 times what I make here. That's disheartening. I love the great food, company mission and my coworkers, but get really tired of struggling just to make my rent and utilities every month. I keep hoping someone will realize it's time to reevaluate this.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They have cut labor so deep that we have to ask our team members to do the work that used to take 2 or 3. Food safety scores have gone down. Team Member morale is down. They put too much work on hourly team members. They barely have time to wait on customers. That's why we are here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Evaluating whether their directives are actually real-world practical BEFORE rolling them out. Ideals and reality just aren't the same-- and we LOSE customers when changes come too fast and in ways that aren't well thought out.
