It was very thorough and straightforward. They definitely downplayed the dial expectation though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mandatory overtime with a base of 35K. To expect you to work so long on such little pay is ridiculous. Add quota on top of that and the stress doesn't equate to the pay. Level one doesn't even get commission.
