Accomplishing things that have never been done before at NEXT, and meeting with my manager and my team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people - after meeting only a few employees I was convinced that NEXT was the place for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and the medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also have a large learning and development stipend that we can use throughout the year, and our managers really encourage us to use that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has done so well keeping up on our culture while we are all working remotely. We have events at least a few times a quarter, whether virtually or in person, and that is such a great way to continue to feel connected to my fellow coworkers.
