They are very supportive and apprroachable.
Estaff listens to their employees
They really value everyone's opinions.
Leadership seems to be pretty transparent about everything going on which is nice to see.
Some managers at NEXT are very kind, understanding, and helpful! Sadly, other managers are more focused on avoiding their responsibilities or using their team members as stepping stones in their careers. I've been lucky, but not all of my coworkers at NEXT have had managers who behaved ethically.

I actually get to interact with the leadership team; they're not just a name in another city who you never meet. I've had regular meetings with the COO. When I asked how we were able to forecast long-tail lines of business, the CEO scheduled a meeting to explain it!

They are responsive and value each individual team member
The leadership team is always giving us updates -- even when there are pauses in information coming down the line, they make sure we know what we are waiting on or why a certain process is being done in that way.

Communication is relayed quite efficiently so that workers stay in the loop in terms of company dynamics.
Extreme transparency from the top down!
Review from Marketing Dept
The leadership team has done a phenomenal job in participating in the onboarding process.
NEXT's leadership believes in transparency and understands the importance of building a strong company culture.
Throughout the whole leadership team, I enjoy that they welcome transparency every time we meet. They care about how your day and week is turning out and want to know of any struggles so they can best support you and help you win for not only your team, but yourself.
Very transparent and open about the direction of NEXT
The leadership team is so involved and even hold company-wide meetings every week!
The leadership team knows how to build a business and how to invest in the people to empower great work.
Experienced leadership team with successes under their belt.
Showing any type of recognition to employees. Company always gives back to communities but not to their own employees.
Leadership needs to learn to listen to their agents and make actionable decisions. They constantly ask for feedback and then completely disregard it.
Communicate with your employees constructively, and let them provide feedback.
Provide more autonomy to the insurance agent team and stop micromanaging every si gle aspect of work. Its causing turnover and tenured agents to look fo work elsewhere
Being transparent and listening to its agents. Also, actually learning what we do and deal with.
