Company went downhill very quickly. This place is not for someone that wants a career or remote work. Company gives no recognition, barely any raises and does not care about employees. Only people that move up in the company are people that have been there for years. Only good thing is benefits.
The company used to be world class but has been slipping lately. It just doesn't seem like the old company anymore. The two main issues are new middle managers at the company being afraid to voice their opinions to estaff and high attrition rates due to the company not paying competitive salaries.
Insurance agents are treated like second class citizens. We are heavily overworked and underpaid. Management has very high expectations of us but they're never around to manage us. They do however make a stellar appearance to micromanage us regularly.
Very interesring......to say the least.
