What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate being an owner of a company with such high interest from the venture capital community.

Unlimited PTO and the medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also have a large learning and development stipend that we can use throughout the year, and our managers really encourage us to use that.

We have a small team so communication is great, we don't waste time with a lot of swirl

I believe in the efforts we are making as a company to being more diverse and inclusive

The company has done so well keeping up on our culture while we are all working remotely. We have events at least a few times a quarter, whether virtually or in person, and that is such a great way to continue to feel connected to my fellow coworkers.
