What makes you most happy at work?
Overall the work culture that we have created. Even though we don't see all of our coworkers in person. We feel the support through every channel.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our medical benefits are the best of the best, and love that they compensate a portion of our internet cost every month. And of course, our fan favorite, DoorDash Credits every month.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved that there was always someone there to give you updates before you could even ask. The Talent team has a great way to keep you in the loop of things and not leave you questioning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing about our culture is that everyone craves to interact with one another since we are all currently working remote. We want to have conversations, we want to meet everyone within NEXT and discover who they are as an actual person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy that I can message my team at almost anytime of the day and they are there and open to support me with any questions or assistance I may need. We all there for each other to support one another and help put in the team effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Throughout the whole leadership team, I enjoy that they welcome transparency every time we meet. They care about how your day and week is turning out and want to know of any struggles so they can best support you and help you win for not only your team, but yourself.
