We are encouraged to be friends inside and outside the work place! I love how members on my team all come from different fields, and we work collectively well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always giving us updates -- even when there are pauses in information coming down the line, they make sure we know what we are waiting on or why a certain process is being done in that way.
