NEXT has emphasized hiring empathetic and kind people for its Austin-based operations team. My coworkers are some of the kindest, funniest, and most genuinely caring people I've ever had the privilege to work with!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some managers at NEXT are very kind, understanding, and helpful! Sadly, other managers are more focused on avoiding their responsibilities or using their team members as stepping stones in their careers. I've been lucky, but not all of my coworkers at NEXT have had managers who behaved ethically.
