I love getting to work on a wide range of things that would not usually be possible at an insurance company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Definitely some busy times but generally always enough time to catch my breath after. I like the fast pace and excitement - there is never a boring week which is important to me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet a handful of people and the interview process was very smooth despite a remote environment. Also felt like it was well-organized and my offer came within a week of having my initial phone screen.
