Comp is just average. More upside, variable comp - blend of team and individual contribution.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowledge sharing is not optimal. Seems that often, the left hand doesn't know what right is doing. Company mtgs/Mondays could be more productive, share critical updates. Use Email for all company messaging instead of slack. Slack is overused.
