My experience so far has overall been great! I enjoy the team, the mission, and above all, the culture. My experience with management has been lacking. Little communication with low engagement and lack of effective leadership. I spend days w/o interacting with my direct supervisor.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work for a company that puts a lot of emphasis on the comfort and care of our employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to lead a hand or point someone in the right direction. Communication via Slack is fluid, fast, and efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the encouraging and inspiring messages that Paul Allen posts regularly in the #values_culture Slack channel. His posts really emphasize the message and culture that Ordermark is trying to promote.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis and care that everyone has in regards to supporting our clients. Most of us come from a restaurant background, and it definitely shows in our work and interactions with our customers.
