What makes you most happy at work?

Working remotely! I usually have minimal meetings and lots of focus time, especially on Wednesday!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are focused on the financial health and future of the company, as they should be!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Excellent gender diversity and racial diversity! This was another very important distinction for me and another important reason on why I chose to come to Ordermark versus another company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all get along culturally! That was another reason I joined this company! The startup culture attracts certain people with certain views and politics most of the time, and that was important to me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I knew I would be taking a slight pay cut by coming to a startup, but the ability to work remotely was priceless to me. However as the tech industry becomes increasingly remote friendly, the value of that flexibility decreases.
