It's an interesting experience with a start-up feel that can be good and bad at times. Sometimes it feels like we're moving too fast on projects without ensuring quality of final products, which is discouraging and could be improved if the executive team pushed back more on short timelines

They're open-minded, forward thinkers with a drive to play with food and be creative in the kitchen

Higher wage on par with positions currently available. Wages in the culinary field are getting higher elsewhere
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that some of them are down to earth and seem to care about what we do on a day-to-day basis
