There is complete transparency and if they don't know something they work within other groups to find the answer to an issue and that's incredibly refreshing and appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've worked with restaurants for a number of years and I really enjoy helping restaurants survive and thrive and the fact that Nextbite is consistently evolving and looking for new ways to do this makes me excited to come to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to be all hands on deck to get things done and no matter what their position is within the company no task is too big or too small for them to tackle. They really embody the "We win together!" attitude =)
