What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy that Alex is a 4th generation restaurant owner; he understands what our partners are going through and has been in the trenches with them. He doesn't feel disconnected from the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Actually getting paid the salary I feel like I have deserved for years! I worked for a lot of companies that were okay with underpaying me so the upper management could take home higher salaries. I finally feel like I am being paid fairly and the same as my male coworkers.
