The vision of OM/NB is exciting, and I enjoy being a part of a high-growth, forward-thinking team/industry. However, things are VERY chaotic, and not just "we're a high-growth startup" / "we're building the plane as we're flying it" chaos. It feels at times destructive to the company's success.

There seems to be a lot of passion that is had by many across the organization, regardless of department or pay or rank. It is exciting to be a part of an innovative industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary, stipend for WFH & delivery meals. However many other companies NOT in the delivery/restauarant space pay out WAY more for meal stipends, which seems backward for wanting our employees to engage in the industry in which they work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There seems to be a lot of detachment, chaos, misalignment, insecurity, mixed goals/misalignment, etc. & ESPECIALLY SUBJECTIVIT/mistrust that results in fire drills to appease certain individuals, not necessarily toward positive business. Radical candor only works if there is a foundation of trust.
