The roll of supervisor is almost impossible to navigate in an hourly capacity. Especially with a team of agents overseas working 24/7
What are some of the best things about your team?
I only work closely with one person in my roll, and we keep an active line of communication at all times, to ensure we're on the same page
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While there is some disconnect between my role and the rest of the company. My direct manager Tiffany makes an effort to keep us informed and volunteers us for tasks that brings us great visibility
