The honesty and keeping everyone in the loop! It seems like they recognize issues and make a conscious effort to change things for the better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management makes it a priority to hire people that will maintain the culture which in turn makes newcomers and current employees feel like a team very quickly.
