Wonderful onboarding experience but a bit of dissatisfaction once fully acclimated into my position. Very fast paced and intense. I was sought out to transition into a better fitting role which made me feel recognized for my work ethic as well as a valued member of the company.

Although we are not working under one roof, I feel like lines of communication are open and a thoughtful, positive work environment has been established.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that the leadership team offers transparency as to where we are currently and where we want to go. I also feel that they make themselves accessible to all Ordermark employees, not just other leaders/supervisors/managers.
