we are growing faster than I could have imagined, so this may change....however, I joined the family in november and I've always felt more than comfortable reaching out to ANYONE at the company, whether it's a peer or the ceo, everyone cares about me as a person
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team does a great job of making me feel like I'm at an office and coworkers...the tools we use like slack, etc and our meetings make me feel like I'm in the office with everyone and makes me want to work harder. They make me a part of the team.
