Inclusion is positive. Also, work/life balance is strong.

Everyone is supportive of each other and there is no corporate politics.
What makes you most happy at work?
Resolving complex issues and having the customer leave the conversation acknowledging someone is listening to them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work/life ratio. Also, I like the 60 monthly. I am currently purchasing stock options because of my belief in management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always are interested in my progress and making sure that I understand the goals of the company as well as addressing any concerns I may have.
