i'm grateful for the mentorship and leadership ive been exposed to here. i feel like im growing at a pace that is unmatched by any other job. i also feel like the workload is unlimited and its tough to push past your limits constantly. the people i work with are the reason i love it here

that everyone is driven to win together and we set huge goals that we refuse to not achieve
What are some of the best things about your team?
they have the best attitude and work ethic of any team ive ever worked with, and people who i genuinely like
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like how open and transparent they are. we have big goals but i feel like theyre all laid out, clear, and are in the best interest of the company and our partners
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my responsibilities are at a level way above my job title and the nature of my role has me working outside hours during the week / has client facing responsibilites 24/7 in addition to leading major projects. i feel that i am respected and valued but i think i should get more money for this job
