Consistent communication regarding updates, goals and progress so I feel invested in the day to day operations (i.e., daily metrics posts, quarterly company meetings, etc)

Interaction style. All departments are responsive, helpful, supportive and kind. I've never been made to feel like I was less than for asking a question or needing help
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super supportive. I reach out and there is always someone who will respond so despite WFH I don't feel isolated. I also love the tone in Slack messages - questions are answered efficiently with clear resources but with a jovial and kind tone. It's fun interacting with my team!
