What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The room for growth is awesome. From the people I have spoken with it doesn't matter what department or role you start in, you have the ability to meet peers in other departments and move around as you learn.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency that the leadership team provides. They are open about how the company is growing and opportunities to improve. Normally when you bring up a question about growth or competitors it is "tabled" for another time. I also love the additional meetings on mental/personal growth!
