What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the diversity of backgrounds and the focus on customer service/excellence. Some of the more recent leadership team members have raised the bar of the exec team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am struggling to buy into the bigger picture of the company. I'm also frustrated with how there is almost no senior level experience from other tech companies involved. There are no company goals that teams can focus and rally around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are great people and everyone is bough onboard to the mission. Overall, the morale and buy-in from the company is really solid. However, I do feel that it is a lot of the OGs who have met each other in person that are carrying the culture with some of the newer people not buying in as much.
