Everyone seems to believe in the mission, and everyone is demonstrably positive about working at OM and accepting new members into the team

The leadership team does a great job of making clear that they're invested in the welfare of their employees both at work and outside of it.

We're truly a team in that we respect one another, we care about each others' success and priorities, and we're willing to help one another whenever needed
