I enjoy the Joon benefits but for me it's the ability to work remotely.

Everyone is so friendly and inviting. I felt a sense of belonging just a couple weeks in.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do what I love every day. For me this isn't work, it's like playing a video game.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In regards to my immediate team, they are very considerate and intelligent. I haven't spoken much to the exec team but they also seem smart and driven.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're light-hearted and know their stuff. Some teams can be easy going and carefree about their work resulting in poor quality, and teams can be strict with good practices creating a stressful work environment. My team has the best of both, they are fun but also create a quality product.
