To this point, my experience has been wonderful. While working at a startup comes with some very unique challenges in terms of the lack of certain structures and processes, the satisfaction in solving these complex problems outweighs the frustration.

The willingness of most everyone to move outside their set responsibilities to benefit our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency and clear objectives that have been set forth by the leadership team, specifically the way that goals as a part of the big picture are discussed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity component of the compensation structure is far and away the best part of the package. This upside makes it worth taking a bit of a pay cut on the base salary compared to the industry standard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Truly feel as though the team that I work on has my best interests at heart. Even with the fully remote structure, I've been able to connect with colleagues and learn a ton from more veteran members of the team.
