Super positive and cool company culture, but everyone feels like they're trying to do too much, and not necessarily getting compensated appropriately for their time. Lacking infrastructure to do job correctly (location and tracking data). Too much 'hole poking', not enough building.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the job title that I currently have, I would be making at least 15% more as a base salary at my previous company than at Ordermark, plus a minimum 10% bonus. I'm also responsible for a lot and am working 10-12 hour days. I don't feel compensated appropriately for my hours or responsibilities.
