What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Inclusive and progressive, young and spirited

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Openness, transparency, commitment to employee diversity and an inclusive workplace

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly and sociable, super normal and cool people. Qualified and studied.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the job title that I currently have, I would be making at least 15% more as a base salary at my previous company than at Ordermark, plus a minimum 10% bonus. I'm also responsible for a lot and am working 10-12 hour days. I don't feel compensated appropriately for my hours or responsibilities.
