My pay is slightly lower than the industry standard, but I regularly feel like I'm building equity in a future industry leader.

I think there's a great balance between feeling inspired by the skill and effort of my team and our ability to have fun and encourage each other.

So far, Ordermark/Nextbite hasn't shied away from having the important culture conversations. Our D+I sessions and our breathwork and mindfulness sessions are clear indicators of a culture that promotes health, acceptance, and thoughtfulness at work.
