Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a bump in pay would be very well received and appreciated. It can be stressful wearing many hats and working to build something new from the ground up, sometimes it seems like there is no "scope" to my duties as we are constantly developing and innovating. It is a rewarding but demanding position
