It's been really good and my managers has had talks with me about my future and which direction I want to go, I love that he's very interested in our success as a team.

I'm so busy most days that the time goes by quite quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In order to make more money I have to move up and keep climbing the ladder of success. I just wish it didn't take that long.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're open, we work on tasks together, we work as a team. I wish we did the same with other departments. I feel we work in silos and it's hard for all of us to be on the same page (AS, AM, Culinary, etc.)
