There is always something to do after work with coworkers. People genuinely like each other.
The most positive part about the company culture is that I feel personally respected and cared for. Even as an entry-level software engineer, I recall having conversations with the CEO and other management members about how I was doing, if I liked what I was working on, etc.
Managers are receptive to bottom-up feedback and suggestions on how to improve culture and work processes. Employees are encouraged to share good ideas when they have them.
I enjoy working with smart people who have a sense of intellectual curiosity - we are able to teach each other things and challenge each other to be better without getting defensive or being overly dogmatic.
Everyone is very approachable and the environment is one where we all help each other.
