We are adapting to the current market trends in the slowest ways possible, while trying our best to hang on to past ways of doing things that were antiquated when they were introduced.

Nielsen needs to decrease dependence from Google, Facebook and become a truly independent source of truth.
We harass people every day. How is Nielsen allowed to do this to people? Who turns a blind eye?
Stop calling these people 13 times and the metrics needs to change
technology is developed so slowly that updates are already outdated when released. they outsource to for things they should keep in house.
