the team members and their willingness to help each other
improves teamwork, raises the morale, increases productivity and efficiency, and enhances retention of the workforce
Nielsen is culturally/environmentally and politically conscious, and make it known that no matter who you are, you will be supported and have a voice that will be heard, and that your individual insight is extremely important no matter if you are an employee, or in the upper management role

Team engagement, management care about me
Management from the top down, needs to practice their own values.
Work life balance needs to be a priority.
Be more realistic with goals and expectations.
Manage the turnaround of the company.
You are constantly under pressure. Fearing the loss of your job each and every month. Who can live under that kind of pressure. Constantly being threatened your going to be fired.
it matters who you know to be treated fairly. If you do your job well, don't expect to ever be able to advance. they'll want to keep you where you are and will promote people performing lower.
Leadership changes Upper mgmt should have line of sight into what employees are saying Game plans set up to address issues *Return to game plans after time period and review progress*

Encouraging and rewarding innovation (current culture punishes it); aligning support functions against market-driven goals vs. current state of functional tyranny; clearing out incompetent senior managers and "survivors" who manage up well but often lack even basic managerial and leadership skills
