The team is stressed bc they lost accreditation due to lying about ratings numbers. Nielsen is a reactionary management team that is never ahead of the game. The systems we use are antiquated and there are no amswers by our leaders on how to fix the new way of viewing TV (ie streaming)

Turn around, real geographical diversity (it's rather American in reality).
People are promoted into leadership based on their diversity over qualifications. Literally asked to pick someone who is a woman, hispanic, etc. to fill an open role because nielsen like to say they are diverse. So now people who got hired solely for diversity are leadiing without qualifications
