Supportive Team and well managed

Great work environment for everyone

I miss some of the old management but the latest team is really focused on Nielsen and growing the business for the better of our customers and the world.

They are fine. Not bad people

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership on cares about their own careers.

Communication, respect, patience, time and costumer service

The team is stressed bc they lost accreditation due to lying about ratings numbers. Nielsen is a reactionary management team that is never ahead of the game. The systems we use are antiquated and there are no amswers by our leaders on how to fix the new way of viewing TV (ie streaming)

Adapting the company to the reality of the world now.

improve stock value, respect diversity

Listen to your people and understand the business

Review from Engineering Dept

People are promoted into leadership based on their diversity over qualifications. Literally asked to pick someone who is a woman, hispanic, etc. to fill an open role because nielsen like to say they are diverse. So now people who got hired solely for diversity are leadiing without qualifications

Review from Operations Dept

vision, understanding what leadership is and (hint: it's about more than hitting revenue targets), rewarding true leadership, and ridding the organization of its many incompetent senior personnel more than a few of whom routinely exhibit toxic behavior

Review from Product Dept

Too many people, you have to get as close as possible to the leadership to be able to shine.

Review from Product Dept

More risks and aggressive moves. Invest. Reduce low-cost, low-quality outsourced IT.

Review from Engineering Dept

Turn around, real geographical diversity (it's rather American in reality).
