Leadership is always there to answer questions and make sure we all have the resources we need to do our jobs properly.
I love the individual attention that my supervisors, team leads and managers give each employee.
Leadership on cares about their own careers.
Communication, respect, patience, time and costumer service
The team is stressed bc they lost accreditation due to lying about ratings numbers. Nielsen is a reactionary management team that is never ahead of the game. The systems we use are antiquated and there are no amswers by our leaders on how to fix the new way of viewing TV (ie streaming)
Adapting the company to the reality of the world now.
improve stock value, respect diversity
The car pay and commission is ok in NYC certain areas people are not receptive to opening door.
Longevity bonuses: Employees who have been at a company a long time may get bonuses when they meet certain milestones like 10 or 20 years of service with a company. This can be cash, a raise or a significant gift.

Really satisfied and good compensation
My manager is pure villainy. They treat me so horrendously
Better compensation at other companies
When executives make hige salaries with massive pay rises and the workers barely get anything
Compensation is average. Benefits are also average.

I really like the amount of diversity in my team
The stability of the staff excites me along with us being a truly global staff.
Good work environment, helpful and always kind when answering questions
Review from Operations Dept
Team members work together as one
Communicate reasonable take responsibility for slip ups
Those of use that have been around a long time are amazing, but in recent years Nielsen just hires anyone and cares more about diversity stats over qualification. i am all for diversity, but at least make sure they can do the work
Co-workers are generally nice people.
Autonomy to set my own schedule.

the team members and their willingness to help each other
improves teamwork, raises the morale, increases productivity and efficiency, and enhances retention of the workforce
Nielsen is culturally/environmentally and politically conscious, and make it known that no matter who you are, you will be supported and have a voice that will be heard, and that your individual insight is extremely important no matter if you are an employee, or in the upper management role
Management from the top down, needs to practice their own values.
Work life balance needs to be a priority.
Be more realistic with goals and expectations.
Manage the turnaround of the company.
You are constantly under pressure. Fearing the loss of your job each and every month. Who can live under that kind of pressure. Constantly being threatened your going to be fired.
Start is always good, then many changes, restructuring and then all goes down to management withholding wages and reimbursement and failing to release.
Honestly during interview process overall.
Information meeting new people explaining the job responsibilities
The engagement and time spent brief potential new hires about the exciting work they could expect.

My coworkers, and my boss
I love the product that we sell. That makes me fully invested and engaged in my job. Not everyone can probably say that today.
We harass our families. Once you agree we are calling you every time you dont click a button or if our equipment doesnt work which is often.
We are adapting to the current market trends in the slowest ways possible, while trying our best to hang on to past ways of doing things that were antiquated when they were introduced.
the company is sinking fast
Nielsen needs to decrease dependence from Google, Facebook and become a truly independent source of truth.
We harass people every day. How is Nielsen allowed to do this to people? Who turns a blind eye?
My salary and my immediate team.
